WE CUT PLASTIC! Critical Laser maintains two CNC Mitsubishi lasers we use for plastic cutting. We can cut plastic sheets as thick as 1″ and in sheets as large as 5′ x 10′. The beauty of utilizing lasers to cut plastic is the accuracy, repeatability, and speed. Plastic fabrication and cutting is something Critical Laser has been doing for 22 years now. We cut plastic for signs, bushings, boxes, medical parts, off road parts. Acrylic, Lexan, PETG, UHMW, HDPE & ABS.
